Terms of Service

These Terms govern your purchase and use of Chat & Make Friends. By purchasing or accessing the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Paid remote AI service

The USD 250 one-time payment provides 12 months of access from activation to remote AI use guidance, compatible installation and configuration assistance, and customization support within an agreed scope. No physical product is included or shipped.

2. Scope and compatibility

Each request is reviewed for technical feasibility, compatibility, complexity, and security. A request may require a narrower written scope or may be declined if it is unsafe, unlawful, unsupported, or technically impractical. The plan does not guarantee development of a complete custom application or unlimited project work.

3. Third-party costs and terms

Unless specifically stated in writing, subscriptions, API usage, software licenses, cloud services, hardware, domain names, and other third-party charges are not included. You are responsible for complying with third-party terms and maintaining valid licenses and accounts.

4. Remote access and customer responsibilities

Remote access is performed only with your permission. You must remain present when requested, back up important data, protect credentials, provide accurate device and software information, and review changes before accepting them. We will not ask you to disclose passwords or recovery codes by email.

5. AI limitations

AI output can be incomplete, inappropriate, or incorrect. You must review AI-generated material and must not rely on it without appropriate checks for medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, or other high-risk decisions.

6. No emotional or medical service

The service provides AI-related technical guidance only. It does not include emotional counseling, psychotherapy, medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, crisis intervention, or emergency monitoring.

7. Purchases and accounts

Payments are processed by Whop. You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and use the service only for yourself or the disclosed organization. Access is non-transferable and expires 12 months after activation unless a different legally required remedy applies.

8. Acceptable use

You must be at least 18 years old. You must not request unauthorized access, malware, fraud, harassment, impersonation, intellectual-property infringement, privacy violations, or other unlawful or harmful activity.

9. Privacy

Service information may be processed by providers used to deliver the agreed setup. Review our Privacy Policy and Safety Information.

10. Refunds and availability

Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy, the conditions shown at checkout, and rights that cannot legally be excluded. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every tool or device.
