We may process your name, contact details, order reference, service requests, device and software information, customer-support messages, and information you choose to provide during a remote session. Whop and its payment providers separately process account and payment information under their own policies. This website does not directly store payment-card details.

2. Remote service sessions

Remote access, when needed, is performed only with your permission. You should remain present, close private files, back up important data, and remove information that is not needed for the requested work. Do not send us passwords, recovery codes, full payment-card details, government identification numbers, or confidential third-party data.

3. AI and third-party processing

Information entered into supported AI tools may be processed by the relevant AI, cloud, hosting, communication, or infrastructure providers. Their own privacy terms may apply. We will explain material third-party requirements when they are relevant to an agreed service request.
